Changed your mind or got the wrong size?

  • You have 14 days from receipt to request a return
  • Return shipping is at your expense
  • Product must be intact, with original labels not removed
  • You can choose between a discount voucher, size exchange (we reship the correct size), or full refund
  • Refund within 5 business days of package receipt
  • In case of incorrect size: reorder the correct size directly, paying with the issued voucher or returning via Shopify returns???
Defective Product

Damaged or defective item?

  • Take documentary photos within 8 days of receipt
  • Send us the photos via the contact form
  • The return pickup is entirely at our expense
  • We ship the replacement product at no additional cost
  • No bureaucracy: we handle everything

Every return has an environmental impact. If possible, consider keeping the product or giving it as a gift: every Sea Shepherd shirt is already an act of activism.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel the order after purchase?

Production starts quickly after order confirmation. Contact us immediately via the contact form — if the item is not yet in production, we will do our best to cancel or modify the order.

How do I receive the tracking code?

Automatically via email as soon as the package is shipped. Also check your spam folder if you don't receive it within the expected time. With tracking, you can follow and in some cases modify delivery directly on the couriers' websites (GLS, BRT, DHL).

Is print quality guaranteed?

Yes. We use selected printing processes with high quality standards. The production error rate is less than 0.14% across tens of thousands of shipments. In case of defects, we handle the entire return and replacement procedure at our expense.

Can I return it if the size doesn't fit me?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend consulting the size guide before ordering to choose the correct size.

Why is free return not available for size changes?

Print on Demand produces each garment on request, eliminating unused stock. Free returns would incentivize multiple orders to "try on" sizes, generating extra shipments and waste — which contradicts Sea Shepherd's values. The size guide is there to help you choose correctly the first time.

Is this store different from seashepherdstore.it?

Yes. The main store (seashepherdstore.it) sells ready-made products in stock with delivery in 2–5 business days. This Print on Demand store produces each item to order with exclusive graphics, with slightly longer times (5–6 business days) but zero overstock and zero waste.

Size Exchange:

You can request a size exchange only for the exact same product purchased. Before requesting a size exchange, ensure that the size you are requesting in exchange is available in our store.

To make a size exchange, you must fill out the form here.

The return shipping of the product is at the customer's expense, while the subsequent shipping of the size exchange product is at the store's expense. Once the item is received, we will proceed with the exchange if and only if it is not damaged.

 

Returns:

We accept returns only if the merchandise is deemed defective.

In such cases, you can return the item, which, after verification and approval, will result in the issuance of a voucher of equal value to the returned product, usable within one year.

Items must be returned with all "tags" and "labels," in the same condition as they were sent. Furthermore, returned products must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, worn, or used. If these conditions are not met, the return cannot be accepted.
