Is this store different from seashepherdstore.it?

Yes. The main store (seashepherdstore.it) sells ready-made products in stock with delivery in 2–5 working days. This Print on Demand store produces each item to order with exclusive graphics, with slightly longer lead times (5–6 working days) but zero overstock and zero waste.

Why isn't free return available for size exchanges?

Print on Demand produces each item on request, eliminating unused stock. Free returns would encourage multiple orders to "try on" sizes, generating extra shipments and waste — contrary to Sea Shepherd's values. The size guide is there to help you choose correctly the first time.

Can I return an item if the size doesn't fit?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend consulting the size guide before ordering to choose the correct size.

Is print quality guaranteed?

Yes. We use selected printing processes with high quality standards. The production error rate is less than 0.14% on tens of thousands of shipments. In case of defects, we handle the entire return and replacement procedure at our expense.

How do I receive the tracking code?

Automatically via email as soon as the package is shipped. Also check your spam folder if you do not receive it within the expected timeframe. With tracking, you can follow and in some cases modify delivery directly on the couriers' websites (GLS, BRT, DHL).

Can I cancel the order after purchase?

Production begins quickly after order confirmation. Contact us immediately via the contact form — if the item is not yet in production, we will do our best to cancel or modify the order.

Size Exchange:

You can request a size exchange only for the exact same product purchased. Before requesting a size exchange, ensure that the size you are requesting in exchange is available in our store.

To make a size exchange, you must fill out the form here.

The return shipping of the product is at the customer's expense, while the subsequent shipping of the size exchange product is at the store's expense. Once the item is received, we will proceed with the exchange if and only if it is not damaged.

 

Returns:

We accept returns only if the merchandise is deemed defective.

In such cases, you can return the item, which, after verification and approval, will result in the issuance of a voucher of equal value to the returned product, usable within one year.

Items must be returned with all "tags" and "labels," in the same condition as they were sent. Furthermore, returned products must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, worn, or used. If these conditions are not met, the return cannot be accepted.
