Right of Withdrawal

Did you purchase online and change your mind? You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide any reason.

Before proceeding

Withdrawal ≠ Return due to defect. Withdrawal applies even if the product is undamaged and you have simply changed your mind. Return shipping costs are at your expense. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used.

Size Exchange:

You can request a size exchange only for the exact same product purchased. Before requesting a size exchange, ensure that the size you are requesting in exchange is available in our store.

To make a size exchange, you must fill out the form here.

The return shipping of the product is at the customer's expense, while the subsequent shipping of the size exchange product is at the store's expense. Once the item is received, we will proceed with the exchange if and only if it is not damaged.

 

Returns:

We accept returns only if the merchandise is deemed defective.

In such cases, you can return the item, which, after verification and approval, will result in the issuance of a voucher of equal value to the returned product, usable within one year.

Items must be returned with all "tags" and "labels," in the same condition as they were sent. Furthermore, returned products must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, worn, or used. If these conditions are not met, the return cannot be accepted.
